Q: Turn signal doesn't work but hazards do - 2015 Altima

My turn signals don't work. The indicator lights don't blink on the dash, and the turn signal lights don't turn on outside the car. The hazard lights do work. Before the turn signal lights stopped working, I would have to hold the turn signal lever in place so that it would continue to blink. I've checked the fuses under the hood and they are all fine.

My car has 54000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
