Q: Truck did not pass inspection

asked by on December 28, 2017

My truck failed inspection:

The first time, it came back with MIL COMMANDED-On

The Service Engine Soon Light eventually went off.

The second time, I received the following area that were marked as “Not Ready”: Catalyst Evaporation System

I was told to just keep driving the truck and then bring it back.

How do I know whether or not the truck needs work.

My car has 312000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
