Q: Transmission(?) & Battery

asked by on May 15, 2017

I have a 2017 Ford Fusion 2.5L automatic. I bought the car in October 2016. March 27th I started having problems. Vibrations and shuddering while in park or at idle. Car also very jerky when shifting between PRND. Jumps a few times, especially when shifting into drive. March 31st my battery died so it was towed into the selling dealership. They had the car for 4 weeks, exactly. Replaced the battery, throttle body and valve body. Noted that my valve body was full of clutch debris. Picked up my car on the 4th week and car still has same issues, worse now. Was backing up a couple of weeks ago and car jolted so hard a few times I thought I hit something. My battery died again May 13th. Completely. Couldn't even use my fobs to unlock the doors. Car was driven on May 11th just fine. Sat in my yard all day May 12th and by the morning of May 13th it was completely dead. Took quite a few attempts to get it to start. Im at ~5400 miles. Any ideas?

My car has 5400 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

When I turn the AC on, it makes like a rattling noise under the hood. As I keep the AC on, the sound gets louder.

Crank no start

front driver tire area makes rattling noises when driving over any size bump or whole on the road
Rattling noises in the front suspension could be due to strut faults, loose bushings, a loose sway bar or links, or any other suspension component that is no longer tightly secured to the frame. Another possibility is loose brake parts...
