Had someone do an engine swap for me, once the engine was back in, it wouldn't crank and the transmission is stuck in drive, can't even change gears at the transmission, seems as though perhaps something is bound up internally in The transmission. The motor does spin it's not bound on the torque converter, but no matter what I do I cannot get it to change gears. I'm at a loss at this point. Was told it was a "bad transmission" and I needed a new one but how could that be if I never had any problems before or during engine change only after the new engine was put in. Thanks for any advice in advance.
