Q: Tire question

asked by on

Can I use 215/65R16 tires on my Mitsubishi Galant.

A: The manufacturer’s original tire size is P2...

The manufacturer’s original tire size is P235/45R18. Unfortunately, the 215/65R16 tires will not fit. The rim size on these is 16 inches and your car is equipped with 18 inch rims. The tire size is different as well. The only tires that will fit this vehicle are P235/45R18. A qualified technician will be able to give you pricing and options for proper size tires on this vehicle.
