Q: Tire

asked by on October 16, 2017

Hello. I have trouble with my car. 3 weeks ago I replaced brake pad and rotor on front wheel with your mechanic. Today I visited the auto-center to replace the tire on that both front. Unfortunately, I could not replace both sides tire because they could not loosen the nuts. The mechanic recommended that I need to visit the auto-shop which I got the previous service and come again. Because they do not want to broken the bolts. I think during the previous service your mechanic over- tightened the nuts. So how can I solve this problem? Can I get the warranty for previous service? I already got the several services with your mechanics. Every time I had problems. Please let me know how can I manage this problem
My car has an automatic transmission.
