Q: timing belt lifespan

what is recommended mileage for changing the timing belt on my subaru?

My car has 68000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.

The timing belt is recommended to be replaced at 105,000 miles. It should be inspected every three years if mileage is low. It may still get dry rot for excessive years.
