Q: tim

asked by on January 18, 2018

I had originally sent you a few questions, some were not answered. Here they are again.

I have a 2003 Honda Accord 2 door coupe, V6 engine. I need a timing belt replacement with all of the components under the timing cover. I plan on purchasing the complete kit with all of the components needed. I already generated a quote on your website for the labor which I am ok with. I have a personal garage at my complex where the work can be performed.

Due to the critical technical aspect of this repair, I have some concerns. Are your technicians well qualified and prepared to do this repair in my personal garage? Are you going to use impact gun to remove crank pulley? Breaker bar? I have to keep the noise at a minimum in the garage.

If I decide to purchase the parts from you (quote already known), are these original parts from Honda or another brand?

Any help with these questions would be appreciated as I am undecided on going to the dealer or using your company. Thank you in advance.
