Q: tensioner problem

hi, i have probleme with the belt tensioner it shake strongly and noisy only when accelerating or specialy when rising a hill no problem in park no noise, i buy new belt tensioner and belt -acdelco- but no changes the problem still exicte, i check ac pulley it was fin and smooth.

My car has 160000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
