Does your window roll down or does it pop open similar to the tailgate? If it is a roll down style, the electric motor or the switch that turn the motor on may have failed. If it pops open like your tailgate the latch may be seized up. The pop open style also can have an electronic solenoid that opens the latch for the window. If this fails, your window will not open. I would recommend you ask for help from a mechanic to inspect your tailgate glass and find exactly what the problem is.
