Q: Tailgate hatch stuck

asked by on

The tailgate hatch is stuck.

Hi there. The only way to fix the handle would be to have a certified technician remove the inside panel and inspect the tailgate’s mechanism fully. Sometimes, pieces can become misaligned and they just need to be put back together without replacing any components. One of our technicians would be able to inspect the door and help diagnose the problem.
