Q: Swapped transmission and installed new clutch kit now car wont start.

so i recently replaced my transmission with a b16 transmission i have an acura integra b18b1 motor and i also put in a new clutch kit, i connected all the cables except the back up lights cable , but the car will not start'it cranks like it wants to but it seems like if i have no gas or as if my battery doesnt have enough power but idk what to do now whats the problem
