Q: SUV starts, idles horribly, then dies
The vehicle will start every time you turn the key. Jumps up to about 1500-2000 rpm and then dies every time. I can push the gas on startup, or not, doesn't make a bit of difference. When I push the gas it almost feels like nothing happens anyway. My step father has replaced the TPS sensor, and the MAF sensor looks clean and functional.
I've read online it could be the IAC. Would hate to go buy one for 60 and it not be the culprit. Any help greatly appreciated!
