Q: Stuck in park as dash gear selector indicator 4 only park Not showing ,using neural to start car & car moving on slope in P gear
I park the car in parking and then it moved 2 inch in parking gear. When I return car won't start by key as dash didn't show parking gear selector for P gear . Remaining gear selection were visible P R N D 2 1. ( P & 1 selection not showing as I noticed in AWD - mode ) So I started car in N gear and came home.
Local mechanics in Dubai are unable to fix problems of American car , kindly provide guidance for the same to troubleshoot.
& Is it risky to drive if I continue to use N gear during startup and drive in D & R gear as per requirement? Is there any risk at 140 km/hr speeds? Until issue is fixed?
