Q: Steering Wheel?

My brother turned the wheel of the Kia soul to the right when it wasn't on the key wasn't in and it made a click I can see the screw on the right side and it won't move back the wheels are straight and the key will not turn what should I do ?
My car's transmission is unknown to me.
