Q: Steering Wheel?

asked by on

My brother turned the wheel of the Kia soul to the right when it wasn't on the key wasn't in and it made a click I can see the screw on the right side and it won't move back the wheels are straight and the key will not turn what should I do ?
My car's transmission is unknown to me.

Hi there, You may have to try to move the steering wheel back and forth a little. If you keep trying it should work. Just remember to keep moving the wheel while trying to turn the key. Thank you for your question!
