Q: Car does not accelerate

I was driving & it stopped accelerating & then the power steering went out. It was like the car died but was still running. No matter what gear its in when u press the gas pedal it just idles no acceleration at all. It moves when pushed in nuetral & service engine light is on. Thinking throttle or gas pedal? Not sure?

My car has 130000 miles.
