Q: Speedometer Working only after cold starts and Stops working after temperature increases and drops to zero and stays there

So i have already changed the speedometer cluster with a new one and the problems still seems to be there, which leads to me believe that there is a problem with the wiring inside the car. I just want to know how would i be able to diagnose the problem or where i can get someone to assist me with this kind of problem and the cost$
