Q: Sound issues and gas smell from car.

asked by on

A sound issues from the car when starting which I think is related to the exhaust. Sometimes passengers in the car complain about the smell of gas while sitting in the back seat.

An exhaust leak could definitely cause a noise during startup and a smell complaint from passengers. Ask for help from a mechanic to check the integrity of your exhaust system and check for any leaks.
