Q: Some how the top bolt on my honda broke off now I can not get it out was thinking of drilling it but not sure what to do

The top bolt that holds on the alternator broke off and is in the part where it screws in. I can not grab it at all with anything as it is almost flush but in a little bit from where the metal is flush
