Q: Smoke coming from the engine - 1992 Mazda B2200

asked by on

From the moment I start the engine and get it running, there is smoke coming from it. The smoke is coming in huge amounts when I accelerate. What might be causing this?

This is most likely being caused by worn piston rings. If you would like, a certified mechanic from YourMechanic can come to your home or office to perform an inspection that will diagnose the smoke coming from your engine, as well as make necessary repairs.
