Q: Security light flashes when key is in key lock

asked by on

Even when the key is in the key lock, the security light flashes. There are no error codes. If I remove the plastic front cover, the key lock, and the transceiver and then insert the key the light goes out and the engine start. Is the transceiver the problem or is it something else? Thank you.
