How often should I get the fuel filter replaced ?

My car has 109000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

I would recommend replacing the fuel filter every three years or 30,000 miles for most cars. This car does not give you an exact fuel filter replacement interval, so it should only be replaced when the fuel pump is replaced.
