Q: rough idle

asked by on April 09, 2017

I removed my upstream o2 sensor, but i cant remove my downstream and I ended up stripping it. Is there something I could do to remove it with it being stripped? I was quoted $70 to replace my downstream o2 sensor for labor only since I have the part. Will it be more that $70 now that it is stripped?

I replaced plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. Triple checked plugs were in correctly and gapped. Used dielectric grease. I replaced my upstream o2 sensor. I can't replace my downstream o2 sensor due to it being stripped. Could this be the reason of the engine having a rough idle? I also cleaned IAC and throttle body.
