Hello, carburetor was leaking from several spots lots of raw fuel entering the exhaust I rebuilt the carb already (holley4180c) stock carburetor installed new choke thermostat seems to be operating correctly fuel levels good in the bowls choke opening and closing appropriately. Replaced the spark plugs. Car was idling very rough and then not at all.. The whole right bank appears to be dead, cylinders 567 don't even appear to have soot on them just raw gas. 8 has soot on it but is still very wet with gas. I haven't begun to test the wireset or distributer cap and rotor because it feels like something else I don't believe there's any relationship to the ignition in the case of an entire bank not firing could it possibly be heat riser valve or a problem with exhaust manifolds? Maybe an obstruction?
