Yes, if you buy them from a quality company. I use Python remanufactured fuel injectors all the time. Because if you go to buy fuel injectors, you really want to change them in sets so that the vehicle would run correctly. Because the fuel injectors are really important for the engine to run smoothly and for all of your cylinders. If your fuel injectors are 200 bucks a piece, and you've got a V8, that's 1600 dollars in parts. You can get 8-cylinder remanufactured ones or a lot of times the whole set for 140 bucks. So you can often try them if it's a good company, you can get away with using the remanufactured. If you'd like, YourMechanic can source and replace your fuel injectors for you.
