Q: Rebuilding 04 mustang v6 3.9l engine, could i or should I use non-ethanol gas. My correct zip 37660 but wouldn't let me use it.

asked by on January 27, 2018

I wanted to ask if I would see a difference if i rebuild my 04 mustang 3.9L V6 engine, transmission and everything else in it as I'm hoping to supercharge it. And want to see if it would okay to use non-ethonal gas instead of premium gas (shell v-power) and if I would see any improvement with gas mileage or if it would just damage my engine.

Also not sure if you can direct me to someone who can do a rebuild on my car. I'm doing a restoration on her. So new paint and rebuilding every mechanical part. Let me know if I need to put more details.

My car has 170000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
