asked by on

my rear window stopped working not to long after i got it. when i try to open the window the cab lights dim and the window does nothing

My car has 85000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

Hello, thanks for writing in about your Ford F-150. Your cab lights dimming indicates that power is getting to the window motor, but it’s not moving. Most likely a blown/seized window motor. If you decide to get this fixed, consider YourMechanic, as a certified technician can come diagnose the issue with your window for an accurate repair.
