Q: Rear door handle doesn't work

asked by on

The rear door handle in the license plate holder doesn't work from the outside.

The latch rod clip may have broke inside the rear door and now the rod is not connected to the outside handle anymore. The inside door panel needs to be removed in order to check if the rod came loose or the handle is broken. I recommend having a mechanic like ones from YourMechanic come and diagnose your rear door handle.
