Q: Rear Differential Leaking Fluid

asked by on July 20, 2017

Hello, I have noticed that the rear differential on my car has oil on it. I has oil only on the driver side of the diff and has it going down the axle toward the wheel, What kind of leak could this be and what work would need to be done? Thanks in advanced.

My car has 117800 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
