Q: QUITS AND WONT START AND KEEP RUNING

I HAVE A 91 SILVERADO THAT I USE TO PLOW. IT STARTS AND RUNS OK BUT AFTER HALF HOUR IT QUITS. IT WILL START AND DIE. THEN IF I LEAVE IT SIT FOR AWHILE IT WILL START AND RUN AGAIN FOR AWHILE THEN AGAIN IT QIUTS AGAIN.IHAVE RECENTLY REPLACED THE TANK AND FUEL PUMP
