I have 1987 Honda Civic crx. The fuel pump went out. I put a new one in I can hear the pump turn on now.( It will stay on the entire time the key is on run) But however my car won't start. I replaced the fuel filter and it still won't crank. I removed the fuel line leading to the engine from the top of the fuel filter and there was no fuel coming out. Do I need to purge the lines somehow or could it be something else?
