Q: problem with USB

asked by on

Why am I unable to listen to my music ( from my phone) through my USB cord? At first it would fast forward/pause automatically now theres nothing.

Hi there. Most of the time this is caused by a corruption in the entertainment module. I have seen this occur a few times on this vehicle. You should still have a warranty on the vehicle so the dealer should be able to reprogram the module for you free of charge.
