If both sides are not working, and they stopped working at the same time, here's a couple things they share. Check the 20amp circuit breaker in the fuse box. You can pull it out and pop a 20amp fuse in to see if the breaker is bad. Both switches on the left share a ground that the right switch uses as well. It very well may be two problems. A qualified mechanic from YourMechanic can come out and diagnose your car's power windows to see what's going on.
