Q: Power window not functioning properly

asked by on

the right front power window will not function properly.

This is a common issue in cars. There can be several things wrong. The most common issues are window switches or faulty motors when its just one particular window that is not working. But electrical circuit problems can also occur. Especially if the the motor caused the electrical circuit to "open", meaning no flow of electricity to that circuit. A mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, will have access to electrical diagrams to properly diagnose the window problem.
