Q: Passenger window stuck

The back passenger window is stuck in the down position. When I try to get it to come up, I hear a grinding sound.

It sounds like your power window motor is shot. The grinding sound that you are here are probably stripped gears in the motor. I would recommend having a certified technician come out and [replace the power window motor](https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/window-is-not-going-up-or-down-inspection.
