Q: Passenger window rolls down but not up. 1999 Surbaru Impreza
The passenger-front power window on my car rolls down, but not up when using the passenger-front window switch. When using the driver-side master window controller, it doesn't roll down or up. There is no motor sound coming from the actual motor when using the driver-side switch, or pulling up on the passenger switch. First, I assumed it was a motor, which I had replaced, but that didn't help. Next, I replaced the master driver-side window switch, which also didn't help. Now I have no idea what it could be! Lastly, I feel this part is key, this entire thing happened RIGHT AFTER I installed new speakers on the car. The windows all were working fine right before this occurred.
