Q: Passenger's window not operating

asked by on

The passenger's window in my car stopped operating.

A: There is a high failure rate for the window...

There is a high failure rate for the window motors and regulators in your particular vehicle. Check the fuse first, then try the drivers switch and the passenger switch. If the window still doesn't work, the motor / regulator will need replaced. It is a one piece assembly on your vehicle and requires removing the door panel. This is a difficult task so I suggest having a trained technician, like one from YourMechanic, diagnose and repair your window.
