My headlights are not working even though all of the other lights work.

You may have a defective light switch or both head light bulbs are bad. Try to see if the high beam low beam switch makes the high beam come on or not. If the high beams work then the light bulbs may need replacement. The best way to check it is to turn on the head lights and see if the lights are getting power. A mechanic with a test light can do this quick inspection and direct a repair from there.
