Q: Overheating

I have a 1989 gmc s15 and I have replaced the water pump, radiator, thermostat, heating sending unit and it still over heating and when I start my truck from a cold start it only takes about 5 minutes for it to over heat gets to about 240 to 260 degrees, and I don't have any water in my oil , I have Burb my radiator and so what I'm I missing
