Q: Oil

asked by on

If my manual says i should use synthetic oil will it hurt to use conventiinal oil?

My car has 25 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

If you check the manual for your Ford Escape it’ll recommend the use of full synthetic or synthetic blend oil. The proper weight of the oil is important and it does not need to be synthetic. The price of oil is pretty low now, I would recommend using the synthetic personally.

If you’d like to have your oil serviced, consider YourMechanic, as a certified technician can come to your home or office to do so.
