Q: Noise coming from steering column when I cross the car over road reflectors
While driving on very uneven road or when car crosses road reflectors (cat eyes) I could feel noise comes from steering column. Also feel something loose in the steering column. My mechanic said that I've to replace steering rack, but noise is coming from inside the car on steering column. Actually car in far away from USA and if I have to import a part then I should order the right part. Please advise.
