Q: No shift.
Van will engage into P N R D And 1 but not 3. Also when in drive will run down the road but will not shift out of 1st nor will It go above 20 miles an hour. ATF is full, bright red, but does smell slightly burnt. No check engine light appears however as soon as you hit 20 mile an hour the tach will rise and a blinking wrench will appear. Restarting vehicle gets rid of the flashing wrench until you hit 20 mile an hour again. The tachometer rising and the inability to go past 20 mile an hour reminds of the limp mode on my old 05 Dodge Durango.
