Q: No oil to rockers

History - had for 2 weeks everything was working fine. Window sticker said I had 2000km to next oil change. Put seafoam in crankcase and put on 600km. Did oil change as usual except this time filter would not come off tools all slipped even tried screw driver ripped filter in half. Got a tool made up that used the oil drain hole at top of filter got it off.

New filter new oil 5w30 filled to line and started up. Pressure is now at 400psi which is 3 times normal. And rockers\lifters very loud. Changed to new filter better grade and changed the filter adapter as the bypass might have gotten damaged removing the original filter. Still the same problem. Put an endoscope down the fill cap and took a look do not see any signs of the fresh oil. Lucas oil additive was added to oil in small amount 5%lucaus 95%oil as I have always done. When changing second filter there was oil in it. Did a pressure test with a mechanical gauge not trusting electric one and the pressure is high.
