Q: New rebuilt 4l60e just got installed and is in safe mode

Just got a new transmission, a 4l60e, my truck is a Z71, I got a new torque converter, kept my transfer case. My truck has no first gear(stuck in limp mode). What could be the issue here?

My car has 170000 miles.
