Q: New rear break pads. 2 days later a grinding sound from r rear. Goes away when brakes are applied.

The grinding started with it only happening after a left hand turn then went away after about 100 feet. Now the grinding is constant but does go away when I apply the brakes.

My car has 230000 miles.
