Q: new battery car wont start

my battery started acting up and i had to jump my car 4 different times to get it going well then it just stopped completely lights wont turning on windows wont rolling down nothing it was completely dead so i went to go and buy a new battery and it is already installed now all the lights and stuff working including the alarm and windows but the car still not starting its stalling but not starting
