Q: Need to know where the two wires from negative battery cable connect in my 98 Toyota camry

On my negative wire to my battery 2 cables come off of it. One of them is not connected too anything. The car tries to turn over but will not fire. Where are these 2 cables supposed to be connected?

My car has 118000 miles.
