Q: Need to know if my clutch is out or if it is a problem with my transmission.

My friends ford f250 is having either clutch or transmission trouble when she slowly disengages the clutch in reverse or 1st the truck will begin to pull off with out even bogging the motor but when you she gets up to speed and shifts in to second then starts to apply slow pressure to the accelerator its as if the clutch slips or something cause the rpms will spike and drivetrain loses power same in 3rd any help with this is needed cause im confused
