Q: My van shake wen I drive above 60mph but it has new wheels n there balance so what could it be

Well when I drive the van it starts shaking when I go 60 mph but wen I hit 70 mph it shakes less but when I reduce the speed it shakes bad

My car has 1500670 miles.
