Q: My two back tires are leaning in at the top.

asked by on December 19, 2017

I got new tires about 2 months ago after I bought the car(it was wrecked but fixed when I bought it). My two front tires are perfect still. But my two back tires are worn on the inside to the point that wires are showing. It was raining tonight and my rear end kept sliding so when I stopped I checked my tires and only then did I notice my two back tires are leaning, hence the inside being now bald. I also had a front end alignment done right after I got the new tires and the mechanic mentioned he also had to replace or fix a strut. What could be causing my back tires to lean?

My car has 190000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

Car overheating, rough idle, hard to start, coolant does not circulate.
Hi There, It sounds like you may have two separate issues going on here that may possibly be related via the coolant temperature sensor (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/coolant-temperature-switch-sensor-replacement), which is what relays the temperature of the coolant back to the ECU which then...

If the refrigerant in the A/C system leaks, that refrigerant can't get into the exhaust system. White smoke in the exhaust is typically due to engine coolant leaking into the combustion chambers and such a leak could be due to...
